Daniel Lab Enjoys End of Summer Lunch
The Daniel lab celebrates the end of a productive summer and welcomes to the lab two new members. Stella Wroblewski a first-year Neuroscience Program PhD student, is completing a research rotation in the lab. Christian Montanari, currently a postdoc at LSU Health Sciences Center, will be a new Research Assistant Professor in the lab starting October 1. Welcome Stella and Christian!

Congratulations to PhD student Nina Baumgartner on the successful defense of her dissertation “The importance of estrogen receptor α to hippocampal function and cognitive aging independent of estrogen status”. She defended her dissertation on zoom on Tuesday, April 20, 2021!

We’re excited to welcome Parker Tirrell to the lab as a rotating student! Parker is a first year in the neuroscience program and is excited about everything hormones. We’re happy to have him join us!
